IREM KC will be hosting an in-person CPM Capstone Course from March 23–25, 2026. 

While virtual options exist, we know that the Capstone is a significant milestone that requires focus and collaboration. We are offering an environment designed for success:

•               Elite Instruction: We are flying in Nancy San Pedro all the way from Los Angeles. Nancy is a highly respected instructor known for her ability to simplify complex concepts and prepare students for the final exam.

•               The In-Person Advantage: This is a "big lift" for candidates. Being in a physical classroom allows for real-time peer networking, immediate Q&A, and a distraction-free environment that significantly improves pass rates.

•               Full Hospitality: To keep the momentum going, lunch will be provided by our Premium Industry Partners each day.
